With 65 watts into 8 ohms and 130 into 4 ohms, and a remarkable 117 dB dynamic range, the S125 redefines expectations. Bel Canto’s e.One switching amplification imparts many advantages including low noise, low heat and low power consumption. It’s also the most direct way to convert electrical power into music. The entire music signal is delivered to the loudspeaker efficiently without excess energy wasted as heat. The compact, heavy gauge, all-steel chassis prevents micro-phonic noise from corrupting the audio signal ensuring you experience the most accurate sound that brings music to life.

The input stage uses quality amplifiers and passive components including: Custom Precision 0.1% resistors, Solid Electrolytic ultra-low ESR decoupling capacitors and low noise regulated power supplies. The elegant switching output stage eliminates thermal distortion mechanisms caused by changes in operating temperature. The combination of Bel Canto’s input and output circuitry ensures you’ll experience breathtaking truth in signal amplification that is life-like in its dynamic detail and resolution.

The compact stereo design of the S125 allows versatile system building. When combined with one of our new DAC products a complete electronics package use less than 15 watts and take up no more space than a standard integrated amplifier while delivering performance expected from only the best separates.
